Setter Hills Haley

Setter Hills Haley was whelped on 8/31/08 from Ryman lines. She is a heavily ticked orange roan with a bubbly personality and strong natural instincts. Haley is a petite girl weighing approximately 42 pounds, she is extremely light on her feet. Haley's hips are rated preliminary "GOOD" with the OFA.

Setter Hills Reign

Reign is a 64 lb. heavily ticked orange Ryman female produced from a breeding between Setter Hills Aspen and Skye. She has a wonderful temperment and is an accomplished huntress with pheasants being her speciality. Reign's hips are certified "Good" by the OFA and she whelped one pup by MaCoy(OFA Excellent) on 6/18/09.

Setter Hills Savanna

Savanna is a four year old Ryman bred female from a breeding between Cindair and Parker. She inherited her sire's coat color and is a heavily ticked chestnut belton. Savanna is an accomplished bird dog and is especially hard on pheasants. She hunts at 48 lbs. and is very light on her feet. Savanna's hips are rated OFA Fair at 26 months and she has whelped one litter by our Ruff.

Howard's Dixie Starr

Starr is a lovely orange belton female that came to us from Kentucky late 2009. Starr, is the dam of our Mac, Grady, Kia, and Jaden. Her lines are classic Ryman with a strong influence from the Alder Run blood line. Starr is an energetic female weighing just under 50 pounds and possessing excellent natural hunting instincts. Starr's hips have been rated (Good) by the OFA. Email for pedigree info.

Setter Hills Lady Brier

Lady Brier, whelped in March of 03, is Allie's full sister from a repeat breeding. L. Brier is a lovely orange belton with deep brown eyes and a lively personality. Setter Hills Holly

Holly is a pretty blue female produced from an outcross between the Ryman and Pinecoble lines. Holly is quite fine boned, has a refined head, and is light on her feet. Holly's adult weight is around 46 lbs. She has an outstanding nose and is extremely intense on point. We're looking forward to watching her develop into a fine young bird dog! Holly's hips are rated good with the OFA. Holly was bred to Setter Hills Rye and we welcome her first litter of 10 healhy pups the end of July 04. Setter Hills Cindair

Cindair is a lovely blue belton whelped 5/7/02 out of Setter Hills Abby and Randolph's Tucker. She is heavily bred in the Ryman line and we're looking forward to helping her develop into a fine bird dog. Cindair weighs 52 solid lbs.and loves to romp and play with her kennel mates. She is a very loving dog and has a kind, gentle expression in her deep brown eyes! Cindair's hips are rated Good at 32 months by the OFA. Cindair was bred to Setter Hills Parker whelping 8 lovely pups on 10-26-06. She was bred to Parker and Sequoia's chestnut belton Haze in 08 and produced 9 pups!

Setter Hills Henley

Setter Hills Henley is a promising young blue female whelped 10/31/02 out of Setter Hills Cooper and Pinecoble Hannah. Henley weighs 50 lbs. and is very muscular. She is exhibiting exciting natural abilities in the field and possess a sound temperment. We're getting good reports back on her littermates as well and look for these pups to put in a solid performance this fall in the woods/field. Henely's hips have been rated Good by the OFA at 24 mos., elbows rated normal. She has been bred to Setter Hills Gunner and Manton with fine results.

Setter Hills Paige and Piper

Setter Hills Paige and Piper are full sisters from Classic Ryman Lines. They both have loving dispositions and solid natural instincts. Paige is a striking orange with a right eye patch and hunts at 45 pounds. Paige has had one litter of 6 gorgeous tri colored puppies with our Setter Hills McGrady. Piper is a uniquely marked chestnut tri. A very solid dog, hunting at 50 pounds with tremendous drive. Piper loves to hunt and spends her days romping at Setter Hills.

Setter Hills Sumac

Setter Hills Sumac is an attractive orange belton female whelped in June of 2004. Sumac is out of Ryman and Pinecoble lines and hunts at 50 lbs. She is a WONDERFUL companion dog with solid instincts. She handled her bird training well and works with great enthusiasm and drive. Sumac's hips are rated OFA excellent at 24 mos. Sumac was bred to Valor the winter of 07 and whelped 6 healthy pups on 3-25-07 and was a devoted mother. She has been bred to Setter Hills Hazel's Boy with pups due mid December of 09.

Setter Hills Sequoia

Setter Hills Sequoia is a 58 lb. lightly ticked orange belton heavily bred in the old Ryman line. Her sire is our Setter Hills Quin and her dam is Setter Hills Skye. Sequoia is an extremely affectionate dog whose tail is always wagging. She has shown us some nice things in the field and is very easy to work with. Sequoia hunts in a close to medium range and has nice energy in the woods. Sequoia has whelped two litters to date having been bred to Parker and Birch. Her hips are rated "Good" by the OFA at 26 mos. See her pictured above after a Minnesota ringneck hunt with her chestnut son Haze out of Setter Hills Parker.

Setter Hills Briley

Setter Hills Briley is a four year old Ryman bred female with stiking tri markings. She is a product of a breeding between Fetter's Seneca Queen (Lexie) and Setter Hills Noble. Briley is a quiet girl around the house but enjoys nothing better than a trip up North for grouse or pheasant right here in West Central Minnesota. Briley's hips have been rated "Good" by the OFA and we bred her to Aspen the summer of 07 which produced our young female Seneca Blue.Briley was bred to Setter Hills Tag Alder with pups arrivimg in March of 09.

Setter Hills Seneca Blue

Setter Hills Seneca Blue is a medium ticked blue belton female whelped June of 2007 out of Setter Hills Briley and Setter Hills Aspen. Seneca is a very friendly girl and loves to romp and play with her friends at Setter Hills. Seneca hunts at 52 lbs and has a good nose. She has a medium range afield and has been easy to train. Seneca was bred to Ruff in May of 09 and whelped a litter of 10 healthy pups, she is an excellent mother. Her hips are rated "Good" by the OFA at 24 mos.

Setter Hills Classic Oakley

Setter Hills Classic Oakley is a lovely tri-belton female whelped in October of 2007. She is a product of breedings we have done here at Setter Hills over the past several years . Rye, Lexie, Noble, Tanner and Hannah are just a few of out dogs that she carries in her pedigree. Oakley is smaller in stature and can really fly! She is showing nice natural instincts and we're excited about her athletic abilities. Oakley's hips are rated "GOOD" by the OFA at 24 months. Email for pedigree information.

Setter Hills Blue Mist

Setter Hills Blue Mist is a heavily ticked blue belton female from the old Ryman lines. Whelped in July of 07, she is just coming into her own afield. Mist is a solidly built female at 58 pounds with OFA GOOD hips. She whelped her 1st litter of eight pups with our Birch in May of 09.

Woodspur's Ryman Grace

Grace is a 4 yr. old heavily ticked blue Ryman female from our lines with a medium build of 54 pounds and deep brown eyes. Her hips are certified OFA Good and she has produced one fine litter. Grace has mainly been hunted on grouse and woodcock, but we're looking forward to pheasant hunting with her this fall. Email for pedigree info.

Setter Hills Jaden and Setter Hills Kia

Setter Hills Jaden is a lovely blue patched female from Ryman lines with OFA EXCELLENT hips. Jaden has a bubbly personality and covers the ground well. She hunts at 46 pounds and is extremely athletic. Setter Hills Kia is a lovely orange belton female with OFA GOOD hips. A full sister to Jaden, McGrady and MaCoy, she is also very light on her feet and weighs in at 48 pounds. Both Jaden and Kia are a joy to be around whether lounging at home, or spending a day afield.

Setter Hills Alder Brooke

Setter Hills Alder Brooke is a strikingly marked tri colored female whelped in August of 08' from the old Ryman line. Brooke's pedigree is heavey in the Alder Run line with our Setter Hills Birch as her sire. Brooke is a sweet natured girl with a matchless disposition. She hunts at 45 pounds and her hips are rated GOOD by the OFA. Brooke had her first litter in the fall of 2010 with our Setter Hills McGrady. She is an excellent mother and her pups have the same sweet manner about them.
